Job Description:
Candidate with foundation of deep technical hands-on expertise in network technologies. He/She should possess a high-level knowledge across compute and security disciplines supplemented with automation experience to have a big picture vision. Minimum 11 years + of Operations and transformations.
Required Skills:
Expertise in OEM product lines in Datacenter areas:
o Datacenter HPe Flexfabric with VXLAN
o Cisco router ISRs, CSRs
o Load Balancers F5
o HPE Comware
o HPE Intelligent Management Center (IMC)
Good to have certification.
o HPE HQ7C2S
o HPE - HQ7C3S
o HPE - HQ7C4S
o Cisco - CCNP
Experience in multivendor network devices configuration i.e., HPE, Cisco and Juniper.
Recent experience in leading a project delivering datacenter migration on a large-scale environment spanning both data center, wide area networks and Cloud Connectivity.
Recent experience in transitioning projects Knowledge transfer, SoP preparation etc.
Have a minimum of 5 years experience designing, developing, configuring, and implementing large scale datacenter networks with diverse solutions from multiple vendors.
Familiarity with storage and server virtualization technologies and dependencies to network infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience leading a project delivering some aspect of network services automation.
Experience to prepare Bill of Material, Migration approach, ramp up plan and effort estimation (transformation and transition).
Have excellent communication skills with a proven track record of presenting at the most senior levels within the enterprise and the network industry.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
