職務内容:
The OpenShift administrator should have the following:Deep understanding of OpenShift architecture and functionalitiesExperience with containerization technologies (Docker)Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and administrationUnderstanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)Scripting skills (Bash, Ansible)Knowledge of Linux, and an understanding of the tools it provides to assist in troubleshooting.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of Azure infrastructure and zero trust.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with development teamsThe key responsibilities of the OpenShift administrator are:Cluster Management, to include installing, configuring, and managing OpenShift, as well as scaling and high availability configurations. Security Management, mainly implementing security policies and best practices within the OpenShift platform, including user access controls, network segmentation, and image security. Performance Optimization, using Azure tools for monitoring cluster health, identifying performance bottlenecks, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure optimal application performance. Troubleshooting, being able to diagnose and resolve issues related to OpenShift deployments, application failures, and cluster malfunctions. User Administration, including managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within the OpenShift platform. Patching and Upgrades, applying updates and patches to the OpenShift platform to maintain security and stability.In addition, the OpenShift Administrator should have a proven track record of being able to operate independently with very little oversight while providing deliverables on time or ahead of schedule.The OpenShift Administrator will be the focal point of all troubleshooting efforts around OpenShift, whether the issue lies inside or outside of the OpenShift environment. The OpenShift Administrator should be prepared to act as facilitator between different groups for these troubleshooting efforts.The OpenShift Administrator will be expected to provide guidance to and share knowledge with other staff with respect to deploying applications into OpenShift.
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
