Dynamics CRM Functional Senior Product Specialist
Job Summary
The Senior Product Specialist in CRM / D365 CE OOTB,Configuration plays a crucial role in configuring and optimizing CRM systems and D365 CE OutoftheBox solutions to meet business requirements. The primary responsibilities include customization, implementation, and maintenance of CRM / D365 CE solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Configure and customize crm systems and d365 ce outofthebox functionality to align with business needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that enhance user experience and business processes.
3. Implement and maintain crm processes, workflows, and entities to optimize system performance.
4. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide user support and training as needed.
5. Stay updated with the latest crm / d365 ce features and functionalities to recommend continuous improvements.
6. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of crm systems with existing applications.
7. Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in configuring and customizing crm systems and d365 ce outofthebox solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of crm / d365 ce functionalities, including processes, workflows, entities, and integrations.
3. Experience in conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and providing user support and training.
4. Good understanding of crm best practices and industry standards.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to design optimal crm solutions.
7. Ability to adapt to fast paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in CRM / D365 CE OOTB or Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus.
