Qualification:

• Graduation 
• At least 10+ years’ experience in Managing  Oracle Fusion HCM Application Implementation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• At least 10+ years’ experience in Managing  Oracle Fusion HCM Application Implementation.
• At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, working as a Project Manager.
• Good Understanding of  Oracle Fusion HCM Domain is needed. 
• Strong expertise in Client stakeholder management.
• Principal HCLTech SPOC in Rogers primary time zone, responsible for overall management of the engagement.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects by defining scope, allocating resources, and leading the team. 
• They ensure effective communication with stakeholders, manage risks, and address issues promptly to keep the project on track.
