Roles and Responsibilities

• Sound knowledge of said technology and experience in development/delivering solution
• Work directly with product owner/ leads and develop and maintain applications that solve customer needs
• Keep track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards - Optimize pace and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories/ backlog items and deliver same with highest quality
• Attend stand-up meetings and provide updates
• Develop solutions and POC’s based on customer and project needs
• Conceptualize a new product or, new feature or, new component and to test new technologies or features through PoCs
• Provide support to delivery for technical issues, escalations and reviews and to help in deploying in a customer environment.
• Create documentation of operational tasks, procedures and automated processes.
• Fix faults and restore the operability or carry out suitable measures (creation of workaround)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Integrations Financials Resources
• Should have strong understanding of all the aspects of software development cycle and Workday methodology; also should have good experience in Waterfall/Agile methodology.
• Should have at minimum 2 full life-cycle Workday Financials implementations as experience, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and/or complexity of integrations.
• Strong technical expertise developing integrations with Workday integrations tools – Web Services, EIB, Workday Studio, DTI, Core Connectors, and similar.
• Strong experience in creation of custom fields using complex logic, advanced reporting, custom reports, BIRT.
• Needs to have good experience in designing/maintaining Workday Business Processes in various Financial modules.
• Experience with Security and Reporting is necessary; having demonstrated fluency in these areas through past projects or support experience
• Will have the need to develop relationships with both end users (business) and technology streams for developing test plans, testing, and optimization.
• Should have excellent communication skills, and be able to coordinate with business users for requirements/alignment.
• Will need to have experience in middleware solutions (Mulesoft, Azure, etc).
• Must have experience working on all phases of a project – Demos/workshops, Requirement Gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validate, transition, realization, production support, etc.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
• Should have knowledge on most of the Cloud modules and awareness of latest release functionality
• Experience in implementing Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development and Learn).
