Order Coordinator Analyst
Qualification Required:
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of entering and validating sales orders across client systems.
- This role ensures data accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. ATF) and smooth coordination with Sales, Finance and Operations.
- The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining order turnaround timelines, resolving discrepancies and supporting a wide range of administrative and order processing tasks in a dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate sales orders submitted by sales in customer's CRM and ERP systems.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance, including ATF regulations, for all orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders (within 48-hour SLA).
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues.
- Provide end-to-end support for Distributors and internal teams.
- Manage order queues and reporting tasks.
- Escalate issues to the Team Manager as needed.
- Offer backup support during team member absences.
- Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and administrative duties.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in order entry, data entry, or related administrative roles (Required)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms (Preferred)
- Project management experience (Preferred)
