Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be able to understand business requirements draft functional design and provide functional solution
 - Should be able to perform fit/gap analysis and determine customization required
 - Communicate critical information in a clear and timely manner, listen to others, and seek clarification to confirm shared understanding
 - To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
 - To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
 - To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
 - Ensure best practices are followed by enforcing coding standards and best practices
 
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of configurations / setups / processes of PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Payroll
 - Knowledge of General Oracle-Human Capital Mgmt fundamental concepts / business processes
 - Should have experience in new design modifications / medium to complex customization Online pages
 - Should have strong working knowledge in People tools, Application Engine, People code, SQR, AWE, BI Publisher, PS Query, Report, Component Interface, File Layout
 - Knowledge in Oracle SQL, new enhancement and customizations
 - Should have working knowledge in AP, GL, P2P, Billing and PO
 - Knowledge in Unix shell scripts
