Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop and maintain Availability Plans which prioritizes and plans IT availability.
- Monitor IT availability levels by comparing actual levels against targets and addressing shortfalls.
- Perform multiple roles related to the delivery of Identity and access management automation tools
- Responsibilities include Requirement gathering, Crafting the solution, Development, Testing, Implementation / Deployment of the solution, installation of IAM tools, integration with services
- IAM tools customization, generation of reports from IAM tools, workflow and policies, authentication / authorization and SSO federation integration, applying security policies, compliance process and security regulations, privileged identity (shared id) management, Maintenance of the tools, and support.
- Handle single to multiple accounts as required
- Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
- Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.
- Can build strong relationships with consultants within the project.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in End to End managing and delivering Business Intelligence IT projects.
- Extensive working knowledge on SDLC and Agile based Data warehousing & Business Intelligence projects.
- Exposure to the latest trends, technological advancements in the market in DW/BI space.
- Experience in interacting with customers to understand their BI landscape and suggest suitable solutions
- Demonstrable track record of success supporting and delivering complex projects
- High level understanding of stakeholder management and influencing customers and senior management
- Experience spanning a range of project sizes employing traditional and Agile/Scrum project delivery, Agile certifications is advantageous
- Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments
- Demonstrates strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
- Appreciation of risk and how this can influence client decisions
- Strong experience to consult directly with customers and offer strategic advice to enable objectives
