SAP PEO Job Description:
We are seeking a Solutions Architect for the PEO Statement of Work with an Aerospace & Defense client. The job entails the ability to implement SAP PEO out of the box, ability to understand functional requirements, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing. Understand and interpret data requirements and interact with the Data Migration team, acting as a ‘Product Owner’ for the Data Migration team by ensuring the work has defined Acceptance criteria and work is properly prioritized.
This solution architect will work closely with executive and management, and is the first point of escalation for the PEO team to help with Solution risks and issues, the strategic and daily technical approach. Additionally, the Solution Architect will be leveraged to help the client with Roadmap guidance and planning. They will be able to help guide the client to mitigate program risk by lending guidance on opportunities and prioritization on ‘Shift-left’ testing.
The Solution Architect will assist the client with the Software Development lifecycle for an understanding of the Development object completion progress (FRICEW), estimated completion dates of the software development activities. They will have the ability to engage the correct stakeholders (client and consultants) to schedule software development demonstrations for completed objects.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
