SAP Basis Lead Consultant
Job Summary
The Lead Consultant in SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration is responsible for overseeing the successful upgrade and migration of SAP Basis to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless transition and optimal functionality in alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the end-to-end upgrade and migration projects for sap basis to s/4hana.
2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.
4. Conduct system assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.
5. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for sap basis s/4hana configuration and optimization.
6. Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and system enhancements to support business operations.
7. Stay uptodate with the latest sap technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in sap basis administration and configuration.
2. Extensive experience in sap s/4hana upgrades and migrations.
3. Strong knowledge of sap landscape transformation and system integration.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in sap environments.
5. Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
7. Certification in sap basis or s/4hana is preferred but not mandatory.
Certification: SAP Certified Technology Associate System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 or equivalent is a plus.
