Technical lead with c,python,DO 178B
Job Summary
The Technical lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the team in the development and implementation of projects using c, python, and DO 178B standards.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the team in designing, developing, and testing software applications using c, python, and adhering to do 178b standards.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring code quality and adherence to project timelines.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, identify technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance overall project performance.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to c, python, and do 178b to drive innovation within the team.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in programming languages such as c and python.
2. In-depth understanding and experience with do 178b standards.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment and drive projects to successful completion.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in c, python, or DO 178B would be a plus.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
