Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities
- Business process design, improvement, primary and secondary research gathering
 - Negotiate and establish priorities with business and development team
 - Engage and interact with internal and external clients during feedback sessions
 - Detail the technicalities and create documentation and diagrams to represent same.
 - Collaborate with technical and solution architects to define solutions
 - Engage with Client Accounts to assess, gauge and plan the support needed for the engagement
 - Drive sales and delivery support materials eg showcases, job aids
 - Develop and operationalize sales and delivery support self-service, assisted
 - Manage sales and delivery support team size, skills, staffing
 - Maintain comprehensive support tracker, project inventory and sales dashboards
 
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience as Business Analyust for minimum of 3 years
 - Should demonstrate evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business process and system flows
 - Proficiencly in Atlassian Suite such as Jira, Confluence
 - Experience in MS word, Powerpoint, Visio, excel
 - Complete and oversee project work stream deliverables including quality control/sign off for area of accountability.
 - Experience to Lead workshops to determine business and data requirements.
 - Provide support in tasks related to business and data analysis.
 - Convert business needs into functional designs using knowledge of data warehousing and Big Data architecture and processes.
 - Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
