Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of development experience in Design/Development in Power Circuit blocks (Battery Chargers, DCDC Converters, VFD, PFC, TRU, etc.,)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EV Industry (Automotive/OHE)
• Minimum 2 years of System integration experience

Roles And Responsibilities

• Electrification of Off Highway Equipment:
• Responsible in developing and validating Electrical Architecture for Off Highway Equipment (OHE).
• Work with a Cross functional Team of Engineers with Power Electronics, Electrical, Vehicle Systems, Mechanical, Software and Safety background to replace ICE Engine with Electric Power Train powered by a 300V Battery.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise:

• Work with Cross functional Team and define the Power Train requirements.
• Develop Power Train - Electrical Architecture
• Define Electrical Safety requirements.
• Define requirements for Electrical sub-systems (Battery, VFD, ECU)
• Develop electrical sub-system diagrams.
• Review Electrical sub-system Development.
• Work with Cross functional Team and develop Integration plan.
• Review Module Test Plan
• Define Electrical Validation Plan
• Work with Cross functional Team in Power train integration
• Review Failure Analysis and bux fixing.
