Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performing root cause analysis for severity 1 issues
• Suggesting, Planning/Testing of new technologies and design changes as and when applicable
• Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
• Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members
• Improve and maintain customer and employee satisfaction by the way of quality in the day to day tasks

Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Should have more than 5 years of expeirece in IBM Storage Administration / Support
• Working Experience on IBM DS 3K, 4K, & 5K, IBM XIV, IBM Storewize V7000, IBM DS8000 Storage Provisioning , Business Copy,Brocade/CISCO SAN Switches
• Experinence in IBM software products and management of advanced replication services (Global Mirror, Metro Mirror and IBM FlashCopy
• Experience in storage provisioning,LUN Management, LUN masking, zoning, performance management and volume management(Planning,allocations and deallocations).
• Must be an ITIL foundation certified and should be familiar with ITIL processes.
