Roles and Responsibilities

• The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of Functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests
• The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer
• troubleshoot and resolve highly complex Functional problems

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must have 7-10 years of Experience in design and development using Oracle Apex,SQL and PLSQL
• Knowledge in Oracle Forms and Reports, Javascript, HTMS, CSS or any other web based programming is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and good presentation skills
• Must have handled the customer independantly
• Ability to lead discussion with onsite business
• Should be excellent team player and lead the team
• Analysis and issue resolution capabilities
