Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with full-stack feature teams to deliver new and improved ways to automatically test and deploy software across a broad technology platform.
• Apply thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
• Core proficiency
• Excellent scripting skills (shell, python, perl) in a Linux environment
• Experience with BDD and testing framework such as Cucumber or Junit
• Keep track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards - Optimize pace and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories/ backlog items and deliver same with highest quality
• Attend stand-up meetings and provide updates
• Develop solutions and POC’s based on customer and project needs
• Conceptualize a new product or, new feature or, new component and to test new technologies or features through PoCs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of extensive hands on experience on design and development of BPM applications using Pega
• Must have hands on experience in Agents, Integrations (SOAP/REST/SQL etc), Declarative Rules, Decision Rules, Flows, UI etc.
• Pega 7 and 8 in depth knowledge and experience of successful projects
• Experience using Pega architectuer, security model and service interfaces to build effective software solutions
• Experience in REST calls , manage migration , configuration and monitor performance
• Experience in OOPs concept and design systems security technology, Business process management technologies.
