PeopleSoft HCM Functional Developer
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze, code and test software (both new and changes to existing programs) from design specifications.
Ensure the finished product meets the design objectives and any other appropriate criteria associated with the system requirements.
Produce complete and accurate documentation for work based on program standards.
Work with project leads (Development, Functional, Technical and Interface/Conversion) to confirm and substantiate functional and technical designs.
Create technical design specifications
Assist with configuration of applications software
Assist in Upgrade from to 9.2
Provide production support for the PeopleSoft 9.2 applications.
Activities include program analysis, testing and system enhancements. Some support may be outside of normal business hours.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS modules.
Oracle HRMS Functional consultant must have hands on experience as a Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant.
Should have worked on application support/development activities.
Resource should be able to work on Core HR and Self-Service HR and having good technical knowledge on following:
Core HR module knowledge
.Forms Customization and Personalization
OAF personalization
Should have excellent skills in Requirement gathering, GAP analysis, Solution design, Setups/Configurations, Issue resolution and Production support activities.
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills to manage customer facing interactions.
Should be ready to work in 1:00PM To 10:00PM Shift. Flexibility to cover US work hours in required situations.
