Roles and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in VMware product portfolio including vSphere vCenter, NSX, vSAN, VMware Cloud Foundation, VMware on AWS, vRA/ vRO/ vROps/ vRLI, SRM and Migration Tools.
• Experience / Exposure to multi cloud environments (e.g. On-Premise Datacenter environments with VMware SDDC, Azure, AWS, OCI)
• Installation, Upgrade, patching & maintenance of vCenter & ESXi servers
  • Complete Understanding of vRealize stack ( vRA , vRO , vROPS , vRLI )
  • Capacity management of VMware environment
• Strong technical expertise in delivering complex DC migration, App. modernization & transformation projects
• Ability and experience in leading/participating in Due-Diligence & Assessment Workshops, Design & Planning Workshops, etc. * Ability to Engage, Collaborate & Direct project and technical teams

Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 10 to 12 years of related infrastructure experienceProcess and Technical skills required Vmware Administration,Ability and experience/expertise in building Assessment Templates, Architectural Blueprints & Migration Waves, etc.
• Knowledge in Hyper Converged Infrastructure devices like VxRail and Nutanix will be added advantage
• Certification across VMware product portfolio to VCP/VCAP/VCDX level highly regarded
• TOGAF Certification is Plus
• Strong Communication & presentation skills - Ability and experience in leading Architectural & Design Workshops
