職務内容：
Engagement Sales
- To create a funnel of new business opportunities from the current account by showcasing HCL end-to-end service capabilities.
- To maintain and sustain relationship with customer contacts.
- To oversee commercial aspects (revenue| margins| receivables) for the current account.
- To proactively locate gaps in current delivery and build business case for enhanced service offerings.
- To track and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately.
