Design Lead - Analog Circuit Design

Job Summary
The Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the analog circuit design team, setting design standards, and contributing to the design strategy. This role plays a crucial part in aligning design efforts with business objectives through collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet industry benchmarks and drive innovation.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into Analog Circuit Design And Product Development, Ensuring Alignment With Strategic Goals.
  2. Lead A Team Of Designers In Analog Circuit Design, Providing Technical Guidance And Oversight To Ensure High-Quality Outputs That Adhere To Established Design Standards.
  3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies Related To Analog Circuits To Stakeholders, Actively Gathering Feedback To Refine And Enhance Design Solutions.
  4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices For Analog Circuit Design, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across All Projects.
  5. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Analog Circuit Design To Drive Innovation And Excellence Within The Design Team.Skill Requirements
  1. Strong Understanding Of Analog Circuit Design Principles And Methodologies.
  2. Proficiency In Using Design Tools Such As Spice, Cadence, Or Similar Software For Circuit Simulation And Analysis.
  3. Solid Knowledge Of Component Selection, Layout Techniques, And Pcb Design Related To Analog Circuits.
  4. Familiarity With Regulatory Standards And Best Practices In Electronic Design.Certification
