Technical Lead - React.js

Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in React.js, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology within projects and providing insightful technical guidance and solutions to drive successful project completion. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing team capabilities, ensuring process compliance, and fostering an environment of best practices and innovation.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
  2. Develop And Enhance The Technical Skills Of Team Members By Conducting Training Sessions And Code Reviews, Ultimately Increasing Productivity And Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
  3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Actively Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Technical Risks.
  4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On The Project, Actively Managing Escalations And Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Technical Challenges.Skill Requirements
  1. Strong Understanding Of React.Js With Practical Experience In Building Scalable Web Applications.
  2. Proficient In Javascript, Html, And Css, Demonstrating A Solid Grasp Of Front-End Development Principles.
  3. Familiarity With Node.Js For Full-Stack Application Development.
  4. In-Depth Knowledge Of State Management Libraries (E.G., Redux) And Modern Front-End Build Tools (E.G., Webpack, Babel).
  5. Good Understanding Of Restful Services And Apis, Ensuring Effective Integration With Back-End Systems.Certification
