Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experienced with Active Directory administration, ADFS, group policies and Distributed File System Capable of performing Windows Server Installation, Server hardening, creation of Gold images, Administration of MS Cluster, print queues, print servers and troubleshooting Experienced in Enterprise patch management of Microsoft's OS & tools and VMware ESXi OS and troubleshooting Knowledge
• Host OS / Hypervisors
• Windows Hyper-V/HCI
• VMware ESX Key responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage, operate, updating / upgrading, and installing system software (including Operating System, Hypervisor, Support Packs, kernel updates, Enhancement Packs, tools, High Availability / load balance configurations)
• Experience on upgrade and migrations in HCI.
• Hands-on Experience on HP and Cisco USC hardwares & Experience and Good Understanding of virtualization technology
• Experienced in high level diagnostics & troubleshooting of MS Operating systems and VMware ESX servers. Experience in performance tuning of VMware servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines & Experienced in backup and recovery of Virtual machines, virtual servers and physical servers.

Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 10 to 12 years of related infrastructure experience with Experience in Update Manager for Patch Management
• Responsible for handling escalations, follow escalation processes and working with Vendors for Hardware and OS issues Capable of performing capacity and performance management
• Good understanding of Storage technologies(SAN, NAS, DAS) and Networking concepts(Switching & Routing)
• Experience implementing Security hardening measures on OS and Physical frames/enclosures Design and configure the High Availability environment using MSCS or other cluster solutions, Business continuity and Disaster recovery
• Strong Communication & presentation skills - Ability and experience in leading Architectural & Design Workshops
