Role Description/Activities Digital Workplace Implementation Consultant Must have at least 8+ years Implementing, Preparing, and Configuring Remote Workplace Modernization and Management Technologies:o System Center Configuration Manager/Microsoft Endpoint SCCM Windows OS Deployment and Management SCCM App Publishing Integration with App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store for Business)o Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices (MS, Apple, Android) Hybrid Azure AD Joined/Azure AD Joinedo Intune and integration between SCCM & Intune Intune Autopilot (Zero Touch) WAASo Knowledge/experience with other Unified Endpoint Management Solutions (UEM, etc.)o Must have experience in the creation of Technical Use Cases/Personas and how these are combined with the Technical, Functional and Business Requirements to drive the Technical Architectural settings/policies.o Takes over all management and responsibilities for an existing SCCM infrastructure and continues to engineer and implement SCCM/MECM infrastructure solutions to support operational or customer facing systemo Planning and implementing required SCCM branch upgrades of existing infrastructure to stay current and supported by Microsoft.o Provides technical guidance to Client s' retail business and IT organizations as required. o Recommend areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed.o Experience designing and delivering Cloud or hybrid-based solutions of End point management.o Good presentation and documentation skillso Strong working knowledge with one or more scripting languages PowerShell, Windows Command Script, Visual Basic Script.o Windows 10 Upgrade Design and Delivery.o The candidate must be confident in meeting customers, gathering their requirements, and answering their technical questions.o They must also coordinate with other consultants to cover knowledge gaps and work closely with offshore engineering teams to ensure that designs are properly implemented Work Experience (years) 8 to 10 yearsMandatory Skills o Deep and broad knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Windows 10, Intune and MBAM Solutionso GPO handling, scripting,o Experience of managing Windows Client environments and ability to take on complex problem-solving tasks.o Well organized and attentive to detailso Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse team, open to different ideas and opinions and develop networkingo Ability to work on technical complex environment as well as on taking into account organizational and processes aspectsKey environments/tools: o SCCM/MECM, Intune, MBAM, WS1 UEMo PowerShell,o Windows 7, 8 and 10,.Additional areas of knowledge: o Cloud concepts, Azure,o IT Security in client and mobile solutions,o Advanced problem-solving skills,o Scripting knowledge/experience,o Experience in working in a large organization, a good sense of organizing and working structured, good at documentation and report writing.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
