Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery and Operation Manager to lead our Hungarian operations, bringing together people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic consulting experience. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing large teams, optimizing delivery models, and driving organizational transformation within multinational environments. This role will serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery success, talent development, and operational efficiency in Hungary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & People Management
- Build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams across the globe but predominantly in Hungary.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Delivery & Operations
- Own the end-to-end delivery of projects and services from Hungary, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with global standards.
- Monitor and optimize operational performance, capacity planning, resource allocation, revenue, and gross margin.
- Partner with global leadership to implement best practices and operational frameworks.
- Work with internal Sales teams to ensure healthily sales pipeline.
- Strategic Growth & Transformation
- Shape and evolve the delivery unit strategy to align with organizational priorities.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, driving efficiency, scalability, and modernization.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and new service offerings.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a senior leader representing Hungary delivery in global forums.
- Support client engagements and relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build trusted partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven background in consulting and/or large multinational corporations, with exposure to complex global delivery environments.
- Strong expertise in people management, operations, and organizational transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in reshaping teams or organizations to improve performance and scalability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in delivery unit, shared services, or regional leadership roles is highly desirable
