Responsibilities
Implement IT technical operations (impact analysis and change management) and manage preparation meetings
Communication plans for weekend operations
Monitor these operations during weekends (minimum 1 Saturday/Sunday per month)
Assist operational entities in creating various documentation and ensuring the reliability of impact studies
Manage operational coordination between technical departments and the Group’s IT departments
Conduct impact analyses
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
Maintain and manage the operations calendar
