Responsibilities

• Implement IT technical operations (impact analysis and change management) and manage preparation meetings

• Communication plans for weekend operations

• Monitor these operations during weekends (minimum 1 Saturday/Sunday per month)

• Assist operational entities in creating various documentation and ensuring the reliability of impact studies

• Manage operational coordination between technical departments and the Group’s IT departments

• Conduct impact analyses

• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes

• Maintain and manage the operations calendar

Mandatory skills

• Project management skills

• Experience of operations in production and associated processes

• A good general understanding of infra structure components
