職務内容：

Oracle Administrator.\\r\\n\\r\\n 5+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.\\r\\n Experience in Oracle databases software installation & new database creation.\\r\\n Experience in database user management, profiles, roles permissions\\r\\n Experience in database space management. \\r\\n Experience with Oracle backup/restores using RMAN\\r\\n Experience in Oracle DataPump export/import.\\r\\n Experience in database performance tuning.\\r\\n Experience in Oracle dataguard.\\r\\n Experience in migration and upgrades of Oracle database administration.\\r\\n Good communication skills.\\r\\n Good to have experience in AWS towards Database management. \\r\\n Good to have MS SQL Administrator skill set.\\r\\n

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
