• To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder and portfolio concerns
• To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application Portfolio Optimization for gap analysis
• To manage non-functional requirements adoption for the solution
• To contribute towards white papers/technical papers and knowledge base
• To ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new and existing product / technologies
• Collaborating with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
• Leading the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
• Bringing a passion to stay on top of current trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
• Encouraging innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization
• Assisting in the hiring of top engineering talent and maintaining our commitment to our values, culture and passion
• Hands-on architecture and development of Web-Based Technologies, Data Warehousing and Microsoft Power Platform
• Define, lead and maintain technical design methodologies, processes, technologies and standards
• Help detail all aspects of product design and architecture and ensure that resulting design specification fits into technical architectural framework and allows fast growth.
• Bring industry best practices and help navigate changing technologies and upcoming trends to create a strategic company product roadmap

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in software development in mainframe languages (COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM)
• Excellent knowledge of FIS (Systematics) software and functional knowledge of distributed application design and architecture
• Possesses technical knowledge based on experience and highly skilled in (COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM)
• Experience in Creation of solution and architectural views (logical, conceptual, development, execution, infrastructure & operation architecture)
