Roles and Responsibilities

• Defining, analyzing and reviewing technical architecture on force.com platform and coming up with architecture options and recommendations.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture.
• Defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.
• Technical role for PeopleSoft; designs, develops and supports application solutions to meet client requirements.
• This role will design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
• The ability to support Technical Consultants and leads in building solutions and providing technical mentoring and guidance.

• Translates end-user requirements into PeopleSoft-specific configurations and/or identifies required customizations to PeopleSoft FSCM to meet business requirements.
• Effectiveness to run business user design and user experience sessions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Having minimum of 5 years experience in handling delivery in peoplesoft area.
• Total IT experience of 10+ years working in ERP areas.
• Need Project management experience.
• Experience in handling managed services model with onsite offshore team composition.
• Peoplesoft campus knowledge is an added advantage.
