HCL has been present in Hong Kong for the past nine years with a team of 80 professionals based at various client locations in Hong Kong. Our work for Asia’s largest Online Travel company was adjudged the best of the .Net platform by Microsoft in 2003. The Offshore Development Center catering to the client addresses Production Support, Business Intelligence and E-Commerce.

Retail and consumer division of the Hong Kong based Fortune 500 company Oracle Financials 11i implementation on onsite/ offshore basis. Defining and implementing the strategy to migrate from Legacy datacenters to high performance Dual Data Centers in Hong Kong and in UK through an onsite team in Hong Kong and UK.

Custom built the Hong Kong merchandising application on an onsite/offshore mode which is a full blown ERP application catering to Records of the suppliers, supplier management, Inventory management, purchasing, Store Replenishment, Store Sales, Store Charging, Promotions, Space Management, Financial modules like Invoice matching, debit notes etc. We also re-engineered their Welcome Website and undertook enhancements and production support on a 24*7 basis.

We implemented business changes to facilitate order fulfillment for transactions undertaken online through a Store and Pick system which meant that online purchases were being delivered from 4 large stores instead of the warehouses which resulted in speedy deliveries.
