Roles and Responsibilities

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Take up the technical responsibility of the entire Project or Product
• Design components and applications according to business requirements.
• Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards of the team.
• Work along with other Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers.
• Enable teams to perform tests and integration tests for the entire system in a reliable, secure, and productive way.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including security risks.
• Work on continually increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Consultant experienced in Maximo Asset Management Software - Functional & Technical 8+ years package consulting/implementation / support experience
• 8 years functional and technical experience with MAXIMO 6.x and/or Maximo 7.x.
• Experience with SQL *Plus / SQL Navigator, Data Analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience using report-writing software.
• Practical knowledge of Facilities management and business processes highly desired Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a project team environment
