IBM-Maximo-Technical Lead
Roles and Responsibilities
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Take up the technical responsibility of the entire Project or Product
Design components and applications according to business requirements.
Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards of the team.
Work along with other Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers.
Enable teams to perform tests and integration tests for the entire system in a reliable, secure, and productive way.
Identify and mitigate risks, including security risks.
Work on continually increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Consultant experienced in Maximo Asset Management Software - Functional & Technical 8+ years package consulting/implementation / support experience
8 years functional and technical experience with MAXIMO 6.x and/or Maximo 7.x.
Experience with SQL *Plus / SQL Navigator, Data Analysis and troubleshooting
Experience using report-writing software.
Practical knowledge of Facilities management and business processes highly desired Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a project team environment
