HCL’s global delivery center in Krakow was established in 2007. It works with several Fortune 500 firms, primarily offering multilingual global technical support. Today, we assist more than 35 customers in 18 different languages, aided by the following:

We leveraged IT infrastructure capabilities to provide service to the client in EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions. In the EMEA region, Our workplace engineering services were enabled for 13000+ end users across 35 countries, including second level and local end-user support. A multi-lingual Service Desk was established to offer assistance to client in 14 languages from Global Delivery Centers located in Poland, Finland, and India. We manage 300+ servers in Distributed Data Center with 350+ TB of storage
