Your Role & Responsibilities
We are searching for an Automation Test Engineer who is detail-oriented, quality-obsessed, and collaborative, to elevate web application reliability. As an automation engineer, you will design frameworks, author robust tests, and integrate quality into the pipeline for the QA Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Playwright-based UI automation frameworks (JS/TS)
- Create test strategies, plans, and suites across UI/API layers
- Implement API tests (Postman/REST-assured) and integrate with CI/CD
- Champion shift-left practices and quality metrics in Agile teams
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT
- 5–10 years in QA/test automation for web apps
- Proficiency in Playwright and JS/TS; CI/CD and Agile fluency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with mocking, contract testing, and parallelization
- Familiarity with containerized test runners and reporting dashboards
