Your Role & Responsibilities
We seek a Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer who is process-savvy, customer-obsessed, and automation-driven to uplift customer service capabilities for the Vaisala GCC team.
Responsibilities
- Configure Service Cloud (Email-to-Case/Web-to-Case, routing, auto-responses)
- Build Apex/LWC solutions; optimize Lightning App Builder layouts
- Manage Knowledge with Einstein Article Recommendations
- Configure Omnichannel/Presence; implement chat and telephony
- Integrate with third-party apps (e.g., Questback, Gainsight)
- Drive unit/integration/UAT testing and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Salesforce Admin + Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- 5–10 yrs Service Cloud solution engineering; strong flows/processes
- Excellent English communication; Agile/Jira experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience Cloud exposure; Agentforce familiarity
- Secure development and DevOps best practices awareness
