Technical Support Analyst – Media and Advertising

Main Skills:
- Customer service experience in Japanese
- Strong soft skills particularly in writing with ownership, and problem solving skills
- HTML /JS/CSS knowledge
- Capability to understand the Japanese business culture and various technologies in the Japanese customers apply
- Online Ad Ops experience (Not mandatory).
- Experience in Ad server platform products like Ad Manager/DFP, Ad Sense, Ad Exchange, Google Tag Manager (Not mandatory).

Responsibilities:
- Support Customer queries, Investigate and troubleshoot the issues during usage of the advertisement tool
- Troubleshoot html, css and javascript code page implementation
- Maintain high CSAT through accurate troubleshooting & excellent customer service skills
- Provide a technical support to clients via only email
- Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs such as Quality & efficiency
Minimum Qualification:
- BtoC, BtoB support
- Minimum : 12 months experience
- Web Development
- Minimum : write/read code(HTML/JS/CSS)
- B.E/B Tech (CS/IT), BCA or BSc comp
