Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of several project teams simultaneously
• Define the project scope, budget, and schedule for each project Must
• Implement projects of low to medium complexity per the approved scope, budget, and schedule
• Knowledge of Scrum Agile
• Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manager, and delivery solutions
• Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories
• Collect, track, and report Agile \metrics on performance and progress of product
• Resolve impediments and escalate where required
• Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies
• Lead capacity planning for each sprint
• Manage one Scrum team, potentially across multiple geographies
• Develop and updates project schedules on a regular basis to track key milestones and identify the critical path to ensure appropriate risk management strategies and communication to stakeholders is followed
• Maintain project/programs updates, artifacts, metrics, and action items list to support management reviews and integrated project team meetings
• Track project performance and provides periodic project status updates (green/yellow/red) of current situation relating to milestones, problems, and high-risk areas such as technical, cost and schedule
