We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium with Java, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating across teams in an Agile environment.

You will be responsible for designing test strategies, developing reusable scripts, managing test data, and ensuring quality across all phases of the SDLC. This role demands strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with test management and reporting tools, and a passion for continuous improvement in Quality Engineering.

Key Skills Required:

Must Have:

• Selenium with Java
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Test strategy design & reusable scripting
• Git (Version Control)
• Test management tools (JIRA, QA Complete, MF ALM)
• Test scenario creation, execution, and documentation

Good to have:

• UAT Support and Test Summary Reporting
• Business requirement analysis
