Aushdeep Gupta is a seasoned IT leader with over 23 years of experience. He currently heads the SIAM presales at HCLTech. He specializes in end-to-end Service Integration and Management (SIAM) implementations, including process design, automation, governance, reporting, performance management, and cross-supplier collaboration.

As one of the core inventors of HCL’s Gold Standard Methodology (US Patent: 20120323639), Aushdeep has been instrumental in shaping industry-leading SIAM frameworks. He has successfully led large-scale transformations across diverse industries, enabling organizations to drive accountability, improve service performance, and unlock greater business value from their IT ecosystems.
