Overview
Cognitive solutions and machine learning are turning traditional analytical solutions and increasingly complex, manual processes obsolete. IDC believes that the ability to harness cognitive analytics will be a key differentiator that will determine success or failure in the future. We can no longer imagine business without data, but we can't yet imagine what that data can tell us. This may be exactly what cognitive and artificial intelligence (AI) systems offer.
Every major financial institution in the UK and Northern Europe has announced their push for the cognitive and AI era. We have seen first rollouts of automated channels, initiatives to leverage machine learning to fight cybercrime and fraud, compliance automation, as well as slowly moving towards realtime, dynamic and personalised marketing.
This exclusive roundtable dinner, co-hosted by IDC and HCLTech on Thursday 22nd March at the Hotel Andaz, London, will bring together a select group of senior IT executives from the finance sector to discuss how to harness the power of artificial intelligence to better understand your clients and staff and defend against potential security attacks.
