Job Description : Citrix Administrator L3 \\r\\n\\r\\nPrimary Skill Set & Experience: \\r\\n\\r\\nOverall 12+ years in IT Infrastructure experience with minimum 7+ years in Citrix Desktop and Apps Virtualization. \\r\\n\\r\\nSME-level skills in implementing & supporting Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops) in Citrix Cloud, VMware ESX and Microsoft Azure environments. \\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nJob Description \\r\\n\\r\\nStrong Experience Required: \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix Cloud - Installing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting complex and large Citrix server sites. \\r\\n\\r\\nAdministration, engineering, implementation & upgrades of virtualization in the following areas: \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktop which includes XenApp, XenDesktop solutions \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix Storefront \\r\\n\\r\\nProvisioning Services \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix Machine Creation Services \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix WEM Service \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix FAS \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix Cloud Connectors \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix UPM \\r\\n\\r\\nMultifactor authentication in support of Citrix architectures \\r\\n\\r\\nMigrating Citrix solutions from on premise to cloud \\r\\n\\r\\nExperience with complex Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix ADC and Citrix ADM \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix License Server \\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nMicrosoft technologies: Windows Server 2016\\\\2019, Windows 10, Windows 11, Office365 suite, App-V 5.x, Group Policy, Active Directory, Microsoft RDS Licensing. \\r\\n\\r\\nSkills Relative to: \\r\\n\\r\\nCloud technologies such as Citrix Cloud, Microsoft Azure and setting up their integration with Azure Cloud. \\r\\n\\r\\nOptimizing Citrix performance, scalability, security, high-availability, monitoring, printing and connectivity. \\r\\n\\r\\nManaging Group Policy, DNS and DHCP. \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix\\\\Microsoft technologies such as Citrix FAS, Citrix ADM (aka NMAS), Citrix ADC (including GSLB), Certificate authority (PKI), FSLogix, Citrix App Layering. \\r\\n\\r\\nThin client technologies (IGEL, HP, Dell, etc.) and their integration with virtualization platforms such as Citrix, VMWare etc. \\r\\n\\r\\nGood to have knowledge on: \\r\\n\\r\\nCloud Infrastructure Design Patterns on Microsoft Azure. \\r\\n\\r\\nDesigning and Implementing the Networking, Data and Storage, Compute, Cloud Security, Cloud Governance, Infrastructure Monitoring and Operations. \\r\\n\\r\\nHybrid Cloud Strategies and Architecture for Microsoft Azure. \\r\\n\\r\\nAutomation and DevOps. \\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nCertifications: \\r\\n\\r\\nCitrix Cloud Certifications (Microsoft Azure certifications preferred) \\r\\n\\r\\nCC-VAD-CC \\r\\n\\r\\nCC-VAD-MA \\r\\n\\r\\nCCE-V \\r\\n\\r\\nCCP-V \\r\\n\\r\\nCCA-V \\r\\n\\r\\nCCA-N \\r\\n\\r\\nAzure Certifications (AZ-900, 104, 140) \\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n\\r\\nSoft Skills: \\r\\n\\r\\nAbility to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing. \\r\\n\\r\\nAbility to work professionally and productively with all encountered in the course of work, including personnel supporting departments, vendors, and consultants. \\r\\n\\r\\nExcellent interpersonal skills.

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
