Job Description: Service-Now Developer (with HR Service Delivery HRSDexperience)Candidate should have good configuration and development knowledge and skills as below:- A ServiceNow developer with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience specializes in configuringand implementing the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery application suite. Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules Customize workflows, forms, and integrations to meet business requirements Incident, Problem, change, Release and Knowledge Management, Asset management and CMDB Creating Service Requests Hands on experience with client scripts and business rules. Hands on with UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc. SSO/AD/LDAP integration and understanding of Web-services or Rest APIs. Use of Record producers. Managing update sets to move customization between Instances. Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management,Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB , Service Requests and SLM Content Management: - developing ESS page. Writing various Server side scripts using Script Includes. ACL s for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now Developing Composite Service Requests within Service catalog Module Experience with building/ developing Integrations Configuring complex reports Understanding and debugging of system logs
