Job description:
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly competent and proactive individualto lead strategic internal communication and change management effortsacross our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the successfuladoption of key IT projects, policies, and initiatives by fostering a positiveenvironment for change. The ideal candidate will possess a strong user-centric mindset and the ability to translate complex strategic objectives intoclear, actionable communications and support mechanisms for allstakeholders.Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute Strategic Communications:o Craft and disseminate impactful and tailoredcommunications for diverse audiences, including seniorleadership, project teams, and end-users.o Produce a wide range of communication materials, such asproject updates, sponsor and leadership communications,and multimedia content including videos.o Develop and manage communication templates to ensureconsistency and efficiency. Drive User Adoption & Support:o Implement strategies to maximize end-user understanding,acceptance, and proficiency with new systems andprocesses.o Facilitate interactive user support sessions and providedirect assistance in support spaces.o Develop and maintain accessible learning resources, suchas dedicated learning sites and FAQ pages. Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:o Work collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams toensure alignment and effective execution of changeinitiatives.o Provide direct support to senior leadership by developingstrategic slideware.Required Competencies & Mindset: Exceptional Communication & Storytelling Acumen: Highly skilledin translating complex technical information into clear, concise, andengaging narratives for diverse audiences. Proficient in developing avariety of communication formats, including written content,presentations, and video production. High English Language Proficiency: Possesses superior written andverbal communication skills in international English. This high levelof proficiency is crucial for crafting professional, grammaticallycorrect, and impactful communications for diverse audiences,including senior leadership Strategic & Methodical Approach to Change: Demonstrates a deepunderstanding of change management principles and the ability toapply structured methodologies to complex projects. Possesses aproactive mindset in anticipating change impact and planning formitigation. User-Centric Empathy & Support Orientation: Exhibits a strongcommitment to end-user success and adoption, prioritizing theirexperience and readiness during transitions. Possesses a supportivemindset, being willing to directly engage with users to facilitateunderstanding and resolve issues. Organized & Detail-Oriented Executor: Capable of managingmultiple complex projects concurrently with a high degree oforganization and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure,prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Collaborative & Influential Partner: Possesses strong interpersonalskills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and workeffectively within diverse teams and committees. Adaptive & Growth-Oriented: Demonstrates a commitment tocontinuous learning and professional development, staying currentwith best practices in change management and communication.Adaptable to evolving project requirements and organizationalneeds.Preferred Qualifications Change Management certification (Prosci or APMG) Familiarity with Google Workspace productivity tools or thewillingness to learn Experience with large-scale system implementation/ migrationadoption and fostering a positive organizational culture aroundchange / transition
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
