February 2015 witnessed the launch of SAP S/4HANA - generating an enormous amount of interest among organizations globally. Despite this widespread attention, confusion was prevalent due to the inconsistencies in its messaging and terminology. For enterprises with an established SAP practice, this poses a significant challenge as they must find clarity on the implications of SAP S/4 HANA and determine its impacts and benefits. In the past, Ed was in charge of HCL’s SAP Financial Services practice. In his current role as Solution Director, he is responsible for defining and executing HCL’s S/4HANA go-to-market strategy, proposition, and capability development within the EMEA region.
