Executive Vice President, Sales Transformation & Marketing
Arthur Filip is Executive Vice President of Sales Transformation & Marketing. His role is to oversee customer relationships, sales excellence & operations and initiate transformational activities. He also leads all marketing functions including global business, strategic marketing, sales enablement and corporate communications to drive demand, growth and value for the HCL Technologies brand. He works with leaders and teams across HCL Technologies to prioritize customer and market point of view to aid the transformation journey. He joined the firm in January 2016 as a member of the Office of the CEO.
Arthur is focused on delivering consultative value to our clients as a trusted advisor and deliver next generation solutions and services, including new Cloud models, unified digital experience, advanced analytics, IoT and security.
Previously, Arthur was with Microsoft where he led worldwide sales and GTM strategy for the Services Division. He has spent 25 years in business and technology services, specializing in uniting people, process, and business outcomes with enabling technologies and disruptive models to achieve success. He has led global units, industry verticals and horizontal lines of business across consulting, sales, global solution development, operations, and delivery.
A featured speaker and advisor to business leaders, Arthur holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Management.
