Program Overview
The GEM program is an early-career program in the area of business management at HCLTech for master’s-level graduates at select colleges and universities within Canada. The GEM program provides an exciting opportunity to build a career that allows one to engage across industries, diverse technology domains and geo-economic markets. This is a rotational program featuring a combination of experiences designed to accelerate your career in the area of business management at HCLTech.
Examples of roles include:
- Account Management – Drive sustained growth within strategic client accounts by building trusted relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering closely with delivery and solution teams. This role focuses on account stewardship, client value creation, and long‑term revenue growth across key Canadian accounts.
- Business Strategy & Development – Support market expansion and strategic growth initiatives by identifying go‑to‑market opportunities, developing business cases, and shaping sourcing and growth strategies. This role enables data‑driven decision‑making, pipeline prioritization, and strategic planning aligned to Canada’s business objectives.
- Master’s degree in business with a graduation date between May 2025 and August 2026
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Prior business exposure through previous internship, work and/or leadership experience
- A passion for and focus on providing high-quality work
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, takes initiative and can work independently

For this position, we anticipate offering up to an annual salary of CAD $90,000 + up to CAD $10,000 target bonus opportunity.
