Main Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in automotive telematics testing and embedded system verification.
• Proven experience in test case creation, planning, and execution.
• Strong understanding of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CarPlay, HTTP, and protocols like CAN; experience with CANoe tools is essential.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher) and English.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Team player with a proactive, agile mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Details:

• Lead and coordinate the testing activities for automotive embedded systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for automotive HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing and embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve defects in embedded software and systems.
• Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and system integration testing for automotive applications.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for efficient testing processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in the testing team.
