Main Skills:

【必須要件】MUST

• 言語：日本語（目安 JLPT N1保有者）、英語（ビジネスレベル） ※英語を用いてプロジェクト管理・推進をお任せするため、業務にて英語を用いた経験をお持ちの方を優先いたします。
• レガシーからSAPへの移行、マイグレーションのプロジェクトを推進されたご経験 ※プロジェクトではProject ManagerとしてHands-onでご経験されていた方を優先いたします。
• Language: Japanese (Native Level / JLPT N1) / English (Business Level)
• Have worked on medium to large transformation projects and support projects in multi-vendor environment
• Have worked on SAP migration projects, Rise with SAP, Private cloud
• Strong experience in SAP Consulting, project management and Quality management.
• Globally recognized project management certification is desired.
• Able to run the program independently.
• Team management experience to guide individual consultants as well as collaborate with local and global teams.

• アジャイル型のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• リスクマネジメント（リスク内容の想定から発生時の対応策の実施など）
• Agile knowledge explicitly is needed though it may be a part of Activate.
• Knowledge of cutover steps and Data migration is required
• Resource planning.
• Proactive to identify potential risks/ its mitigation plan.
• Good exposure on project governance reporting
• Have experience in estimation as well as pre-sale

• 現行とSAPシステムのGAPの洗い出し
• 海外開発チームと連携し遅延なくシステム開発やテストが行われているか確認・調整
