Experience

• 5-7+ year of experience as tester with ETL/ELT data pipeline testing
• Experience in informatica or datastage
• Experience delivering test scripts for data pipeline
• Strong working experience on SQL
• Exposure to data analysis
• Exposure in designing data pipeline tests
• Working knowledge of setting up test automation frameworks
• Design and execution of script-based testing techniques
• Strong technical skills and a strong interest in the financial industry
• Ability to analyze data, to identify issues like gaps and inconsistencies and to do root cause analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, good customer relationship skills
• Have a true agile mindset, capable and willing to take on tasks outside of her/his core competencies to help the team
• Practical experience with data formats like API Testing etc ( good to have )
• Experience with open source technologies used in Big Data analytics like Scala, Spark, Pig, Hive, HBase, Kafka ( Good to have )
