Paul Hemp, who will moderate the discussions, is the Editor-in-Chief of Straight Talk. Before joining HCLTech to launch Straight Talk, he spent nine years as a Senior Editor at Harvard Business Review. Earlier, he was a business editor and reporter at the Boston Globe and a staff reporter at the Wall Street Journal.


Thimon De Jong is the Founder and Director of Whetston, a strategic foresight think tank specialized in the dynamics of changing human behaviour and its implications on business strategy. Thimon has helped companies like Morgan Stanley, Vodafone, Tetra Pak and Microsoft fine tune their business strategy for the 21st century.

Oyvind Trangerud, who led DNB’s massive transformation exercise is the CTO of DNB. As a part of his session, Oyvind would be sharing stories about DNB’s transformation journey, in terms of both customer experience and technology evolution.

Jordi Neves heads the Marketing, Communication and Technology department of the Volvo Ocean Race. He has played a key role in developing all of the Volvo Ocean Race digital platforms over the last two races after a similar position with the America’s Cup organization. He has also been with P&G, DHL and other large corporations.
