HCL Technologies Recognized by Great Place to Work® and The Economic Times as a Best Workplace for Women in 2021

HCL Technologies (HCL) continues to win accolades for its efforts to support and promote women. Great Place to Work® has named HCL India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2021 in the Large Companies Category - Top 50, and The Economic Times has recognized HCL as one of the Best Workplace for Women. HCL was recognized for its focus on facilitating career advancement opportunities for women and empowering them to maximize their potential and aspirations through effective leadership development practices and programs.

As of Sept.30, 2021, women represent more than 27% of the company’s global talent base across 50 countries. The company embraces many wide-ranging initiatives that help further career advancement for women including employee resource groups, peer mentoring, coaching, transformational leadership, and learning and development platforms. The company also offers multiple career development programs with a unique blend of technical, functional and behavioral learning tracks.

Additionally, HCL has various platforms where internal and external senior women leaders connect, inspire and coach other employees through motivational sessions.
